As reported by Open4Business, the Chinese company Guangzhou CEB Business
Consulting Co., Ltd intends to expand activity in Ukraine, in particular in the field of
trade, economic and investment cooperation. Prospects for the company's further work were discussed during a meeting between Consul General of Ukraine in Guangzhou Serhiy Kapuzo and its management, the Consulate General of Ukraine in Guangzhou reported. Since
2025, the company has been working on the development of bilateral trade, economic
and investment cooperation between China and Ukraine.
According to the Consulate General, during this time the Chinese company has already implemented several
projects and prepared a number of potential initiatives for further work in
Ukraine. Guangzhou CEB Business Consulting is also a member of the Odesa
Chamber of Commerce.
During the negotiations, the parties discussed joint steps to intensify the company's activity on the Ukrainian market. Specific amounts of possible investments or a list of
new projects are not disclosed in the message.
A separate topic of the meeting was humanitarian cooperation. Guangzhou CEB Business
Consulting participates in volunteer initiatives in the Odesa region and provides
humanitarian and social assistance to Ukrainian citizens and organizations.
The Ukrainian and Chinese parties agreed to work out the possibilities of continuing and
intensifying this assistance.
The meeting takes place against the background of intensifying contacts of the Consulate General of
Ukraine in Guangzhou with businesses in the southern regions of China. In particular, in March 2026
the consulate held negotiations with Guangdong and Shanghai companies regarding
cooperation and humanitarian aid, and in April Sergey Kapuzo met with the
delegation of the Guangdong Small Commodity Association.
