For the first time, Poland became Ukraine's largest trading partner: the turnover between the two countries for the first half of the year amounted to €14.2 billion.
The structure of trade has changed significantly compared to pre-war times: the share of services related to transit and logistics, as well as the supply of industrial equipment and construction materials, has increased.
Polish companies have already invested more than €2 billion in the reconstruction of Ukraine - mainly in the food industry, retail and logistics infrastructure.
