Ukrainian enterprises significantly increased the production of notebooks, toilet paper and wallpaper in July 2026, according to data from the UkrPapyr pulp and paper industry association.
The production of notebooks reached 28.36 million pieces, which is 34.5% more than in July 2025. Compared to June of the current year, the output increased immediately by 4.4 times.
The production of toilet paper in rolls increased by 9.8% in annual terms - to 52.48 million rolls.
At the same time, the output of toilet paper made of 100% cellulose reached 23.68 million rolls, an increase of almost 23% compared to last July year.
The wallpaper market also continued to recover. In July, Ukrainian enterprises produced 1.63 million conventional pieces of wallpaper, which is 12.8% more than a year earlier and 7.5% more than in June.
In this segment, the association has the statistics of the largest producer - the enterprise "Slavic Wallpaper - KFTP".
The production of paper towels in rolls also increased by 1.6% in annual terms - to 5.14 million rolls. At the same time, the production of table napkins made of 100% cellulose decreased by more than half to 1.5 million packs.
In general, the volume of goods produced by enterprises of the industry in July reached UAH 3.06 billion, which is 28.8% more than in July 2025.
Thus, in the pulp and paper industry, the most noticeable growth in July occurred not only for packaging cardboard, but also for a part of consumer paper products.
