The IT job market has shown remarkable resilience, despite the emigration of an estimated 15 to 25% of specialists since the full-scale invasion began.
The average salary offered for an experienced developer has risen to $3,200-4,500 per month, depending on specialization. The greatest demand is recorded for positions in the fields of cyber protection, cloud technologies, and machine learning.
At the same time, outsourcing companies are actively building teams in Poland, the Czech Republic, and Romania — not to replace Ukrainians, but to diversify risks and get closer to customers.
