Poland strengthened its leadership in the supply of diesel fuel to Ukraine

In January-September 2026, Poland increased the supply of diesel fuel to Ukraine by 44% compared to the same period last year — to more than 2 million tons, according to Consulting Group "A-95" and they are processed by the Experts Club analytical center.

In September, 202.6 thousand tons of diesel fuel were delivered from Poland, which practically corresponds to the level of September 2025 — 202 thousand tons.

The second largest destination in September remained Romania with 156.7 thousand tons against 158.6 thousand tons a year earlier. Deliveries from Lithuania increased by 7% to 65.9 thousand tons.

At the same time, imports from the south of Europe decreased significantly. Deliveries from Greece decreased by 70% - to 40.8 thousand tons, and from Turkey - by 88%, to 6.1 thousand tons.

In general, the volume of deliveries in the southern direction in September fell by 38% - to 220 thousand tons, and its share in total imports decreased from 52% to 41%.

"Due to the war in For Iran, the south of Europe is much more expensive than the northern supplies this year, and this is the main reason for the decrease in volumes," "A-95" notes in

According to the director of the Consulting Group "A-95" Serhiy Kuyun, the reorganization of the geography of supplies indicates further adaptation of the Ukrainian fuel market to changes in the price situation and logistical risks.

A-95 consulting group is engaged in motor fuel market research, monitoring of prices and logistics, as well as analysis of resource provision of the Ukrainian market.
