The five largest importers of diesel fuel in Ukraine in July 2026 provided about half of all foreign supplies of the resource, according to the data of the "Consulting Group A-95".
In general, 134 companies imported diesel fuel during the month, but the top five accounted for about 280,000 tons of the total volume of 562,000 tons. Thus, their combined share was approximately 49.8% of the import market.
The largest importer was the OKKO group, which imported 73.1 thousand tons of diesel fuel. Its supplies increased by 32% compared to July last year.
The second place was taken by the state-owned Ukrnafta with 59.8 thousand tons. The company demonstrated significantly higher dynamics, increasing imports by 2.4 times compared to July 2025.
UPG came in third with a volume of 53.2 thousand tons.
JSC Energo Trade took fourth place with 50.7 thousand tons, and WOG took fifth place with 42.9 thousand tons. These indicators are presented in the infographic of the TOP-10 importers of diesel fuel for July published by A-95. Thus, only OKKO and Ukrnafta together supplied almost 133 thousand tons, or about 24% of all monthly imports. At the same time, the highest growth rates among market participants were not demonstrated by the company from the top five, but by the Western Fuel and Energy Company. (ZPEK). It increased its supply by 5.3 times to 31.9 thousand tons.
The top ten importers also included companies with volumes of supplies ranging from approximately 20 thousand to 35 thousand tons.
The increase in the concentration of large suppliers is taking place against the background of a general increase in imports. In July, 562,000 tons of diesel fuel were imported into Ukraine - 5% more than a year earlier.
However, as the director of "A-95" Serhii Kuyun notes, even these volumes were not enough to satisfy the sharply increased demand. There was a shortage of diesel fuel on the market due to the price agitation, the activation of industrial and private buyers and the growth of consumption in the transport industry.
In August, "A-95" expects a more balanced situation due to increased supplies and lower global fuel prices.
